Adair County Fair Factoid I: Established in March, 1856 At least two fairs predate the Civil War See Also: 2016 Adair Co. Fair Schedule of Events By Mike Watson, Adair County Historian The Columbia Fairgrounds Association of Adair County was established in March 1856 with a capital stock of $3,000, with shares of $25 each.
