Flooding damage closes section of Ky. 591 in Logan County BOWLING GREEN, KY (28 May 2016) – Flooding damage which occurred during last week's heavy rains has closed a section of Ky. 591 in Logan County at mile point 10.8 near the Simpson County line. Repair work is expected to begin June 1 and take about a month to complete. The roadway is expected to reopen on June 30, 2016.
