Funeral service for Estus "Eckie" Ashbrook will be 1pmCT, Thursday, May 26, 2016 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Richie Curtis and Bro. Steve Bunch officiating. Visitation after 11amCT, Thursday. Interment will be in the White's Chapel Cemetery. Special Music will be rendered by Aaron Ashbrook. Pallbearers: Phillip Ashbrook, Timmy George, Aaron Ashbrook, Greg George Devin Fancher, Dennis McWhorter, Kenny Dixon, Tim Roy. He was born August 16, 1939 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Ewell & Faye James Ashbrook. He died Monday, May 23, 2016, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 76 years, nine months, and seven days. He was a truck driver for Stephens Pipe & Steel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Recie Franklin. Survivors include his wife: Betty Ann Ashbrook, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
