Brenda Rose Jewell, 59, Metcalfe County, KY (1956-2016) Her life was one of dedicated service. She was a registered nurse spending most of her career working in the Intensive Care Unit at T.J. Samson Hospital, then later in the Cardiac cath lab. She retired from the hospital in 2012, then began to work part-time at the Regional Cancer Center where she was still employed. She was the daughter of Harry and Virginia London Jewell. Funeral services will be conducted at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, at 4pmCT, on Sunday, May 22, 2016, with burial in the Bowles Cemetery at twilight. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday May 21st from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday May 22nd from 9:00 AM until time of service.
