Lewis Barlow, 82, Casey County, KY (1933-2016) Lewis Barlow was a former Insurance Salesman. He was a member of the Walnut Hill Separate Baptist Church and a US Army Veteran, who will be accorded full military honors by the Casey County Honor Guard at committal services at Glenwood Cemetery. He leaves two brothers, Bill and James Barlow, a host of nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Helena McDonald, to mourn his passing and cherish his legacy.
