Taylor Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 17 May 2016

Charges brought against 5 individuals from Campbellsville, KY. Charges include trafficking, DUI, wanton endangerment, burglary, and receiving stolen property.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 17 May 2016:


  • William Tompkins (12/04/1991), Gardner St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00061. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (<10 DU Drug Unspecified schedule 1&2). Count 2 - Trafficking in controlled substance 2nd degree, 1st offense (<20 DU Drug Unspecified schedule 3). Count 3 - Trafficking in controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • William "Little" Tompkins (12/04/1991), Gardner St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00062. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (<2g methamphetamine). Count 2 - Trafficking in controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Abbygale Wagoner (07/01/1995), McNary St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00063. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (2g+ methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $1,500 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Gary L. Rolfes (12/28/1976), New Columbia Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00064. Charged with 8 counts. Counts 1-4 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 5 - Resisting arrest. Count 6 - Operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drgus w/.08 aggravator, 1st offense. Count 7 - Leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Count 8 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Bond set at $7,500/10%.

  • Joshua Grisso (06/16/1982), Liberty Rd., Cambpellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00065. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Tyler Kelliher (06/25/1995), E. Broadway, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00066. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.
