She died Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in Elizabethtown, Hardin County, KY, at the age of 73 years, one months, and 12 days. She was a retired employee of Taylor Regional Hospital. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Billy Gene Blankenship December 6, 1958. He preceded her in death January 13, 2015. She is survived by the following:
