Sen. Wise schedules Town Hall Meetings in 16th Senate District

FRANKFORT, KY (May 2, 2015) - Senator Max Wise (R-Campbellsville) recently announced seven town hall meetings across the 16th Senate District beginning Monday, May 9. Wise will be accompanied at the meetings by each county's respective State Representative. "Town hall meetings offer a great opportunity for those who elected us to express their ideas, opinions, and concerns," said Senator Wise. "In these upcoming sessions we will address our state budget, in addition to other priority legislation introduced by the Kentucky Senate Leadership. Our Commonwealth will likely see many changes in this upcoming year and we want to make sure our constituents have a voice in the process." Meeting information:

He is Chair of the Enrollment Committee; Vice Chair of the Education Committee; as well as a member of the Appropriations and Revenue; the Education, Economic Development, Tourism and Labor; the Health and Welfare; and the Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection Committees. He is the Chair of the Budget Review Subcommittee on Transportation and a member of the Budget Review Subcommittee on Education, NR, and EP.
