Ruth was a member of Hadley's Community Church. She was retired from Western Electric in Chicago, IL. She was a native of Adair County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Gilliam & Alice Bragg Loy, and the widow of Bobby G. Moore. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Elbert Hadley the officiating clergy. Interment in Loy Cemetery at Fairplay Visitation will be after 4pmCT, Friday, May 6, 2016 at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Darrell Loy, Casey Loy, Johnny Carter, Isaac Carter, Tony Coomer and Jeff Johnson. Ruth L. Moore, 82, Adair County, KY (1933-2016) She was born on October 31, 1933, in Adair County, KY.
