Adair Co. School District observes Teacher Appreciation Week By Shamarie Harper This week is Teacher Appreciation Week and the Adair County Schools want to the community to know how blessed we are as a district to have one the most dedicated, creative, and inspiring teaching staff in the State! If you have an opportunity to tell one of our staff members they are doing a great job this week, please take the time to do so. As Robbie Harmon, Director of Pupil Personnel, stated in a email this morning "Please know that all you do is noticed and greatly appreciated! From a DPP's point of view, and more importantly a dad's point of view, 'Thanks for being a teacher, encourager, instructor, mentor, point of praise and positive influence, a guide and someone that inspires our youth!'" Mr. Harmon along with fellow central office staff members, John Shelly (Title 1) and Steve Turner (Federal Programs) put their backs into showing their appreciation while putting up with wonderful signs around campus.
