Republican Party Chairman Joe Collins, Jason Rector, Adair County Republican Chairman Shannon Rowe and Columbia Mayor Curtis Hardwick were voting delegates at the 2016 Republican Party of Kentucky State Convention held Saturday April 23,2016 at Lexington Convention Center. Guest speakers included U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, Governor Matt Bevin, Kentucky Ag Commissioner Ryan Quarles and Congressman Andy Barr.
