Jessie Parnell, 90, Adair County, KY (1926-2016) She worked in the CVS Pharmacy for years after retiring from General Electric. Jessie was a member of Parkland Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 50 years. She was a loving mom, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She was a native Columbia, KY, and a resident of Louisville, KY, at the time of her death. She was a member of a large, highly regarded South Adair County, KY, family. She was the daughter of the late Robert Ezra and Zoradah Curry (Roach). She leaves eighteen direct living descendants. Visitation will be 2pm-7pmCT/3pm-8pmET, Sunday, April 24, 2016, at the funeral home and Monday from 9amCT/10amET until the time of service. Jessie was a member of Parkland Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 50 years. She was a loving mom, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She will be missed by many.
