Free tipping dates for Adair Co. residents 22-23 Apr 2016 By Teresa Spencer There will be Free Tipping at the Mid-State Transfer Station, 877 L Willis Road, Columbia, KY 7am-4pmCT on Friday, April 22, 2016, and 7am-12pmNoonCT, Saturday, April 23, 2016 provided by Judge Executive Michael Lee Stephens and the Adair Fiscal Court for Adair County Residents to dispose of unwanted items and materials. The following items WILL NOT be accepted: Hazardous materials of any sort, tires, dirt, concrete, rocks, stacked lumber, steel cables, burning barrels, capacitors, or any sort of tanks (acetylene, oxygen, propane).
