Two arrested after traffic stop in Adair County ACSO Deputies Brandon Hitch and Joey Keith arrest two on multiple alleged charges following investigation near midnght Thursday, April 14, 2016, of a 2002 silver Dodge Stratus being operated in a reckless manner. Passenger arrested on outstanding warrants Issuance of warrants and/or arrests are not findings of guilt. An individual charged by police or in a warrant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. From the Adair County, KY, Sheriff's Office A late night traffic stop on Summer Hill Drive in Adair County led to two men being arrested. On Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 11:02pmCT, Adair County Deputy Sheriff Brandon Hitch and Deputy Joey Keith received a complaint of a reckless driver operating a 2002 silver Dodge Stratus. Hitch and Keith located the vehicle and stopped it on Sunny Hill Drive. After a search of the vehicle and occupants, Deputies located drug paraphernalia, small bag of marijuana, and two small bags of Methamphetamines. The operator, 22 year old Joshua Montville of Jamestown, KY, was arrested for careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamines. A passenger in the vehicle, 27 year old Ronald Upton was also arrested for outstanding warrants. Deputy Hitch and Keith was assisted on scene by Columbia City Police.
