"Blue" and Judith M. (Spear) Roach. He leaves three direct living descendants. "Blue" and Judith M. (Spear) Roach. He died Friday, April 8, 2016, in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN, at the age of 64 years and 17 days. He was a Retiree from General Motors.
