100th day of school celebrated by CES preschool students

By Calen McKinney

Campbellsville Elementary School preschool students celebrated their 100th day of school on Tuesday, March 22, with several special activities. Students made 100 day hats, used 100 cups to build a structure, counted to 100 and brought 100 of an item to school to show their classmates.

The students also used Q-tips to paint 100 dots, made 100-day art and used cookies to make the number 100. In the morning, students did 100 exercises.

Sherry Cowherd and Denise Spencer are the CES preschool teachers. Beth Sandidge and Brittany Johnson are assistants.
