Henar Munoz named MSC Women's Tennis Player of the Week By Charlie Balcom Henar Munoz has been selected as the Mid-South Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday. The sophomore from Albacete, Spain picked up a doubles and singles win last week as she helped the Blue Raiders to a 5-4 victory against No. 15 Olivet Nazarene (Ill.). In her singles match, Munoz defeated Priscila Nunez, who is ranked third in the ITA NAIA rankings, 2-6, 6-2, 6-2. At the top doubles flight, Munoz and her partner Natalia Kattah defeated No. 7-ranked Nunez and Seraphine Buchmann, 8-2. The weekly honor is Munoz's second of the season and third of her career.
