McKinney The final performance of the CU theater production of almost Maine at 1:30pmCT/2:30pmET in the Russ Mobley Theater in the Alumni Building, 11 University Drive, Campbellsville, KY. The play is set in a small fictional town of Almost, Maine. According to the online synopsis, it's about "a town that's so far north, it's almost not in the United States - it's almost in Canada. And it almost doesn't exist. Because its residents never got around to getting organized. So it's just...Almost." The performance consists of nine vignettes, wherein each cast member plays multiple roles. The play unfolds with nine different story lines and love stories. For reservations, call the theater office at 270-789-5266. - Joan C. McKinney This story was posted on 2016-02-28 04:20:39
