Adair Countian, 82, in single vehicle accident near Amazon

CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY (Wed 24 Feb 2016) - The Campbellsville Police Department responded today, to a single vehicle injury accident involving a Cane Valley, Adair County, man.

A 2007 Buick being operated by 82 year old James E. Kimbler of Cane Valley, KY, was traveling east on KY 3183 (South Columbia Avenue) near the entrance to Amazon when the vehicle dropped off the shoulder of the roadway.



The vehicle traveled down an embankment and struck a utility pole. The operator of the vehicle was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS for treatment of possible injuries.

Agencies involved were CTEMS, Campbellsville Fire Department, and Campbellsville Police Department. Charlie Houk of the CPD is the investigating officer.
