Justin Dawson: Alcohol already here; voting Yes is step forward Personal commentary Justin Dawson writes: Dear Editor, I'm writing to urge Adair Co. voters to be informed before making their decision on the Wet/Dry vote. Alcohol is already here. Being a taxpayer, I'd welcome the relief of not bearing the entire tax burden of city and county services when we could collect revenue from an existing source.
