Winston Kelly Burton, Sr., 72 Russell County, KY (1943-2016) 
He was a retired educator in the Russell County School System and attended Dunbar Hill Church. He was a member of a large, highly regarded family. He was a native of Adair County, KY, the son of the late Cecil McQueary Burton and the late James Eli Burton, and resident of Russell County at the time of his death. His wife, Debbie Burton, survives.
