Charles Marshburn wonders about the Infamous Bootlegger

Charles Marshburn writes:
I wonder if anyone can tell me why there is a bootlegger that everyone seems to know is still operating in Columbia and the rest of Adair County. Which police outfit would be responsible for his apprehension? Does anyone really care? Charles Marshburn
Thanks, Charles Marshburn - Maybe what you are looking for the phone number(s) for the home deliveries alleged to be the modus operandi of today's local alcoholic beverage venders, rather than a name. But if you are a "Wet," some cite the alleged illegal methods of the mod'n world of technology to be a safer alternative than controlled, taxpaying legal sales. - EW
