Shannon Sexton: Teenage fatalities decreased with legalization Personal Commentary Shannon Sexton writes In addition to my last comment: If you average 1995 - 2004 you will see an average of 18.1 teenage fatalities due to alcohol related collisions. If you average 2005-2014, you'll see a substantial decrease in that average to 9.8 teenage fatalities due to alcohol related collisions.
