District 3 Road Crews Wrap Up Snow & Ice Operations District 3 Road Condition 10amCT Update By Wes Watt, Public Information Officer, KYTC District 3, Bowling Green, KY District 3 serves KTC District 3 includes Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson, Todd, Warren Counties in Kentucky. BOWLING GREEN, KY. (Fri 12 Feb,2016)-- Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 3 crews reported in about 3amCT today and have been working all morning to clear roadways following a minor winter storm. Crews are wrapping up operations as roadways are in great shape. There is water on the roadway that could create some slick spots later tonight as temperatures drop.
