Fredrick Maxwell “Max” Wesley, age 57, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Thursday February 4, 2016 at the Casey County Hospital, Liberty, KY.

Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1pmCT/2pmET, Tuesday February 9, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY. Burial will be in the Peavey Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5pm-9pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Monday February 8, 2016.

Fredrick Maxwell Wesley, 57, Casey Co., KY (1958-2016)

He was born in Fernandina Beach, FL on May 16, 1958. He was the son of the late Harold Max Wesley and Jeanette Ward Johnson. He died Thursday, February 4, 2016, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 57 years, eight months, and 19 days.

He was a former truck driver.

Survivors include the following:
  • One daughter: Bethany Nicole Wesley of Liberty, KY
