Raymond Russell, 84, Liberty, Casey Co., KY (1931-2016) Born Thursday, October 1, 1931 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late Charles Hardin and Hester Meeks Russell. He died Friday, January 29, 2016, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 84 years, three months, and 28 days. He was the owner/operator of a bulldozer business that he started in 1953. Raymond was a member of the Antioch Christian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruth Ellen Austin Russell, who passed away September 23, 2015; two brothers, Charles J. Russell and Rollin Russell; and a sister, Rethel Jeanotta Fights. Survivors include:
