Tomorrow is Governor's Cup District competition, which will be held in schools all across the State in their respective Districts. Adair County is hosting the 16th District Tournament this year at the Adair County High School, 526 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY. The Adair County Academic Team will be attempting to secure their 11th District Championship in a row. The spectator portion, which is called Quick Recall, begins at 10:30amCT. Quick Recall will have matches running from 10:30amCT until at least 2pmCT.

So most any time in that time frame would likely be an opportunity to see the our students in a match. It's a tournament, so the teams play through a bracket throughout that time span. So please come out and support this wonderful group of students as they attempt to bring home their 11th straight District Championship.

We would like to invite the community to come out and watch. - Shamarie Harper
