Funeral service, Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 11amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Burial in Roley Cemetery, 14399 Knifley Road, Adair County, KY. Visitation after 5pmCT, Tuesday, January 26, 2016.



Casket Bearers: Bradley Tucker, Josh Bullock, Chad Gabbert, Jerry Wayne Tucker, Stewart Greer, Mike Sapp, and Nolan Cole.


Kerry Roger Jones, 61, Knifley, KY (1954-2016)


He was born October 8, 1954, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY. He was the son of the late Samuel and Iva Overstreet Jones. He died January 23, 2016, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 61 years, three months, and 15 days.

He was a member of Knifley Christian Church, retired from Adanta and a farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Christena Gabehart Jones Survivors include:
  • His wife: Connie Tucker Jones of Knifley, KY

  • One son: Kevin Jones and friend, Paige Lynn of Knifley, KY

  • One daughter: Kristy Jones Norris and husband, Tony Norris of Michigan,

  • Two grandchildren: Samuel and Joshua Norris

  • Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
