AC Hospital Board, AC Public Hospital District Corporation meet 25 Jan 2016

The Adair County Hospital District and the Adair County Public Hospital District Corporation Board of Directors will convene a concurrent Special Called meeting of the District and Corporation on Monday, January 25, 2016, at 12:30 p.m. CST in the Board Room at Westlake Regional Hospital at 921 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY, 42728.

There are two agenda items for this Special Called meeting:

Attend telephonically the confirmation hearing for the District and Corporation’s Chapter 9 Plan of Adjustment.
Discuss Plan of Adjustment settlement obligations, and take any action necessary to ensure the District has sufficient resources to meet those obligations.

The following Agenda is how the District and Corporation will conduct their sessions: Adair County Hospital District Board of Directors:

Call to Order: The Board of Directors will open a concurrent Special Called meeting of the Adair County Hospital District and Adair County Public Hospital District Corporation at 12:30pmCT in order to join the court proceeding via telephone. The Board will go into executive session to discuss any issues resulting from the court hearing, and to discuss the Plan of Adjustment. The Board will subsequently vote on any and all decisions during the open session of the Special Called meeting.
Executive Session: KRS 61.810(1)(C) - Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the District regarding terms of the Chapter 9 Plan of Adjustment.
Public Session: voting on any decisions required for the negotiations in the confirmation hearing, or for any action required on the settlement obligations.
