Powell Creek Road fire completely engulfs residence

News from the Adair County Fire Department.

The Adair County Fire Department responded to 2395 Powell Road for a residential house fire Saturday morning January 16, 2016 at 7:59amCT.

Upon firefighters arrival they found a residential structure fully engulfed in fire. Property was owned by William and Ruth Bryant. There was no one home at the time and the home was a total loss.

The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time. There were 21 firemen on the scene for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

This residence owned by William & Ruth Bryant was completely engulfed in fire when firefighters from the Adair County Fire Department responded this morning, Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 7:59amCT.
