Milton "Butter" Wilson, 87, of Russell Springs, KY, died Friday, January 15, 2016 at the Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown, KY.

Funeral service for Milton "Butter" Wilson will be 12pmCT, Monday, January 18, 2016, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Rodney Buckson officiating. Visitation after 10amCT, Monday, January 18, 2016. Interment will be in the Bernard Cemetery.


Pallbearers: Orvis Reece, Joe Powell, Troy Wilson, Lyn Wilson, and Sam Newby.


Milton (Butter) Wilson, 87, Russell Springs, KY (1928-2016)

Milton "Butter" Wilson, was born March 16, 1928 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Dora Egbert and Ina Frances Coffey Wilson. He died Friday, January 15, 2016, in Jamestown, KY, at the age of 87 years, nine months, and 30 days.

He was a drywaller.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister and six brothers.

Survivors include:
  • One brother: Duel (Joyce) Wilson, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sisters: Neomie Jasper and Lacona Plank, both of Russell Springs, KY

  • Special nephew: Randy Plank

  • Host of nieces and nephews
