Gary L. Stotts, 66, Jeffersonville, IN (d. 29 Dec 2015)

He was a descendant of an outstanding South Adair County, KY, family and leaves many relatives in Adair County. He was the son of the late Wilbert Stotts, and the late Jessaphine Stotts, who preceded him in death just one month, three days prior. He leaves three direct living descendants. He had retired from G.E. after 38 years of working in production. He was a member of the Masonic Clark Lodge #40 and One Community Church. He also volunteered to clean at Clarksville Middle School and Clarksville High School in the summer time.

Gary L. Stotts, 66, passed away at his home in Jeffersonville, IN, Tuesday, December 29, 2015.

Funeral service will be held Monday, January 4, 2015 at 9amCT/10amET, at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home, 120 West Maple Street, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 3, 2015 beginning at 1pmCT/2pmET until 7pmCT/8pmET, at the funeral home.



He had retired from G.E. after 38 years of working in production. He was a member of the Masonic Clark Lodge #40 and One Community Church. He also volunteered to clean at Clarksville Middle School and Clarksville High School in the summer time.

He is survived by the following:
  • His daughter: Jaclyn N. Stotts of New Albany, IN

  • His brother: Ronald W. Stotts and his wife Debbie, of Lexington, IN

  • His grandchildren Rylan and Reece. He was preceded in death by his parents Wilbert Stotts and Jessaphine (Thurman) Stotts; and his sister Alma Neff.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to One Community Church.
