PSC updates list of CAUD board candidates, extends deadline Now there are eight candidates, again, for the vacant seat on the Columbia-Adair Utilities District: Sharon Shields-Smock, Rob Wilkerson, James Harper, William Harris, Larry Bryant, Joseph Pyles, Lee Stephens, and Bradley Hayes. By Ed Waggener On Wednesday, December 30, 2015, the Public Service Commission amended it's order of December 23, 2015, adding the names of Sharon Shields-Smock and Rob Wilkerson to the list of candidates asked to send additional information. The December 23, 2015 letter included only the six candidates who applied for the position after the PSC made it's ruling of a vacancy. Those candidates are James Harper, William Harris, Larry Bryant, Joseph Pyles, Lee Stephens, and Bradley Hayes. They were asked, at that time to send additional information by January 4, 2016 deadline - otherwise the PSC would consider them no longer a candidate. With the amended order, dated December 30, 2015, the PSC request for additional information goes to this list, in the order listed by PSC: Sharon Shields-Smock, Rob Wilkerson, James Harper, William harris, Larry Bryant, Joseph Pyles, Lee Stephens, and Bradley Hayes. The latest order sets a deadline of January 11, 2016 for the candidates to provide the additional information. The latest order is signed by Aaron Greenwell.
