Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 1 Dec 2015
Indictments brought against 17 individuals, including residents of Taylor, Adair, Hart, Madison and LaRue counties. Charges include murder, theft, forgery, public intoxication, flight, trafficking, wanton endangerment, DUI, assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, menacing, and resisting arrest.
NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 1 December 2015:
- Dewayne D. Gribbins (07/24/1973), Peterson St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00174. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Murder - Domestic violence. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Bond set at $500,000 cash.
- Michael A. Tetreault (04/25/1992), Bridgeport Circle, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00175-001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition auto, $500 or more but less than $10,000. Count 2 - Escape, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $100,000 full cash.
- Joshua A. Gill (03/12/1990), Lemons Bend Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00175-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition auto, $500 or more but less than $10,000. Count 2 - Escape, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $100,000 full cash.
