Mrs. Carolyn Hall Maddox, Green County KY, (1951-2015)

Mrs. Carolyn Hall Maddox, age 64, of Greensburg, KY passed away Friday, November 27, 2015, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY.

Visitation locally will be held Monday, November 30, 2015 from 4pmCT until 8pmCT at Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Hall Maddox will be conducted Tuesday, December 1, 2015. at 2pmET at the Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY, with visitation there starting at 11amCT/12pmET until the funeral service begins. Burial will follow the Louisville funeral service in the Penn Run Cemetery in Louisville, KY.



She is survived by:
  • Her husband: William David Maddox

  • Two daughters and a son-in-law: Rhonda Hall of Shelbyville, KY, and Casey and Michael Gray of Louisville, KY

  • Two sons and a daughter-in-law: Brad Maddox and Chad and Melissa Maddox all of Summersville, KY

  • Eight grandchildren

  • Three sisters: Elizabeth Deleuil of Mt. Washington, KY; Martha Turner and Tina Robertson both of Indiana.

  • One brother Matthew Hall of Indiana.
Memorial contributions are requested to the Gideon Bible Fund and these can be made at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home.
