CAUD board pays bills, approves minutes and RFD budget - adjourns No action taken on Burkesville Street Project, Interconnector Project; Phase 16 project. Sewer and Water reports were in handouts, but not given in open meeting. By Ed Waggener The Columbia Adair Utilities District board of trustees met in regular session, but adhered to a Public Service Commission request that no action beyond essential actions take place until they have ruled on the status of Trustee Larry Russell Bryant. Chairman Tim Baker read the request that Mr. Bryant not vote, but said that until the Public Service Commission issues a ruling no one could force him not to vote. Mr. Bryant announced that he would sit at the table and would vote. The CAUD board voted to approve minutes of the last meeting, and approved the payment of bills. They also voted to approve the delivery of a budget for Rural Development. All votes were unanimous, 5-0. The meeting adjourned soon after 6pmCT. Present at the meeting were CAUD Trustees, Chairman Tim Baker, and members David Jones, Mike Newton, Barry Stotts, and Larry Russell Bryant; General Manager Lennon Stone, Board Attorney Marshall Loy, and Adair County Judge Executive Michael L.
