CPD arrests man found hiding in a dumpster He now faces seven charges and was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail in Columbia, KY. Click on headline for complete store By Ofc. Josh Brockman, Public Information Officer and Chief Jason Cross Columbia Police Department Columbia Police Department arrest local man on multiple drug charges. This morning, Monday, 02 Nov 2015, at approximately 05:15amCT, CPD Ofc. Josh Brockman was dispatched to a report of a suspicious person behind a local retailer business located on Jamestown Street. Upon arrival officers searched the area and located 28 year old Ryan Sneed of Columbia hiding in a dumpster. After investigation it was found that he was in possession of illegal narcotics. Sneed was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on the following charges:
