Campbellsville man charged with murder after female body found Body found in a culvert under Hwy 744 - Spurlington Road - in Taylor County, KY Click on headline for complete story By Campbellsville, KY, 911 Center At 05:49ET this morning, Friday, October 30, 2015, The Campbellsville/Taylor County E-911 dispatch received a call reporting that a possible human body had been discovered on KY Hwy 744. Officers from the Campbellsville Police Department and Taylor Sheriff Deputies responded to the scene. The officers discovered a white female's body that had been placed in a culvert under Hwy 744. The deceased was recovered from the culvert with the assistance of the Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS and Taylor County Deputy Coroner Al Hardy. The body has been transported to the State Medical Examiner’s office in Louisville, where a autopsy will be completed this date. The identity of the victim will be released upon confirmation and notification, by the Taylor County Coroner’s office. The Campbellsville Taylor County Mayor Crime Task Force has arrested Dewayne D. Gribbins DOB: 07/24/1973, of 104 Peterson Street Campbellsville Ky charging him with Murder stemming from a domestic related issue pertaining this investigation. Arrests are not findings of guilt.
