Adair County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 27 Oct 2015

Indictments brought against 8 individuals, from Columbia, Gradyville, Jamestown, Danville and Burkesville. Charges include drug related offenses, flagrant non-support, burglary and forgery.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 27 October, 2015:


  • Deborah D. Mann (10/12/1973), S. Hwy 619, Jamestown, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00083. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Count 2 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $20,000 c/p. Arraignment Nov 17, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Kenneth D. Norman, Jr. (12/31/1987), Highland Ct., Danville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00084. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Flagrant nonsupport. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bail set at $1,500 cash. Arraignment Nov 17, 2015 at 1pmCT

  • Brandon Neeley (06/23/1994), Ashley Ct., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00085. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglard, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Bail set at $1,000 c/p. Arraignment Nov 17, 2015 at 1pmCT

  • Wallace R. Taylor (01/24/1964), Bragg Rd., Gradyville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00086. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Marijuana cultivation (5 or more plants), 1st offense. Bail set at $1,000 c/p. Arraignment Nov 17, 2015 at 1pmCT

  • Jennifer L. McCoy (05/08/1990), Burkesville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00087. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 2 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Bail set at $2,500 c/p. Arraignment Nov 17, 2015 at 1pmCT
