Ten year old injured in accident on Sano Road Overcorrection a factor; driver taken into custody on warrant from Russell County An arrest is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by police is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By ACSO Deputy Josh Durbin On October 15, 2015, at 2:47pmCT, Deputy Joshua Durbin was dispatched to Sano Road to an injury accident. Tiffany Foley was the operator of a 2007 Dodge Durango traveling East on Sano Road. The vehicle dropped off the right side of the roadway and Ms. Foley overcorrected going off the left side of the roadway overturning and coming to rest upside down. A ten year old passenger was transported to Westlake Regional Hospital by EMS.
