Election 3 Nov 2015: 21 have voted by absentee as of this time A check at the office of Adair County Court Clerk Lisa Greer's office at 11amCT, Thursday, 15 Oct 2015, found that only 10 absentee ballots have been returned by mail so far to be counted in the Tuesday, 3 Nov 2015 General Election. The absentee voting machine has recorded 11 visits at the point. Voters who qualify can vote by machine in the clerk's office through 4pmCT, Mon 3 Nov 2015.
