Adair County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 6 Oct 2015 Indictments brought against five individuals, four from Columbia, KY, one from Russell Springs, KY. Charges include wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, fleeing or evading police, manufacturing methamphetamine and other drug related offenses, flagrant non-support, theft by unlawful taking, tampering with physical evidence, burglary, possession of firearm by convicted felon, NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 615 October, 2015:
