Billy Caldwell, Knifley area mail carrier, receives 25 year pin Click on headline for story w/photo By Columbia Postmaster Randal Murrell William R. (Billy) Caldwell was recognized today, Friday, October 10, 2015 for 25 years of service as a Rural Mail Carrier at the Columbia Post Office, with a presentation of a 25 year Service Award Pin and Letter of Commendation from the United States Postal Service's Kentuckiana Manager Elizabeth Schaeffer. Billy serves more than 430 deliveries on a 110 mile route in the Northeast section of Adair County, including most of Knifley and Casey Creek.
