Lake Road, Taylor County, temporarily closed 6-8 Oct 2015

Green River Lake, KY - Due to needed road repairs, a portion of Lake Road in Taylor County, KY will be closed October 6-18, 2015. The section of Lake Road between KY 55 and Site 1 Boat Ramp will be closed to thru traffic on those dates.

Impact to traffic flow will occur on the souther entrance from KY 55 onto Lake Road with the road being closed to all thru traffic. All facilities and recreation areas around the Green River Lake Visitor Center and Dam will remain open and motorists are advised to access the area via the northern entrance from Hwy 1061 or Soule Chapel Road.
