Hydroplaning a factor in Marion Co., KY injury accident By TFC William Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Lebanon, KY (Tue 29 Sep 2015) - Tpr. Logan Smith is investigating a collision that occurred today at approximately 8:51amET on US 68, 10 miles west of Lebanon. 48-year-old James Simmons, of Campbellsville, KY was operating a westbound 2006 Ford Taurus when he hydroplaned off of the roadway and struck a rock wall.
