Teens injured in single vehicle accident near Lebanon, KY 2001 Toyota drops off shoulder, travels over embankment, and overturns By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Lebanon, KY (Mon 28 Sep 2015) - Tpr. John Boyd is investigating a collision that occurred today at 3:57pmET, on Loretto Road, 4 miles north of Lebanon. 16-year-old Bailey Johnson, of Lebanon, was operating a southbound 2001 Toyota on Loretto Road when he dropped off of the shoulder, traveled over an embankment and overturned. Johnson and a passenger, 15-year-old Conner Johnson, of Lebanon, were both belted and were taken to Springview Hospital for minor injuries. Tpr.
