Emily Jo Coe, 85, Cumberland Co., KY (1930-2015)

She was a remarkable woman. She lived out her childhood and early adulthood in Burkesville, KY. In the 1960's she moved to Jasper, FL, where she contributed her immense talents in church work, good works in the community, and enjoyed an exemplary career in government services. Most of all, she was a hard worker in all endeavors, most of all in as a wonderful wife, mother, sister and loving grandmother. Some will remember her piano playing; others will remember her desire to do a good job at work, and some will (lovingly) remember her insatiable appetite.
