Marsha Walker: Elkton, KY got grant for sidewalks to schools Marsha Walker writes: Ed, just a few years back there were grants to build sidewalks to schools. My niece, who is city clerk in Elkton, successfully wrote a grant for this and Elkton was able to build sidewalks to their schools.
