One injured in single vehicle crash on LBN Accident attributed to hydroplaning. Deputy Aaron Rainwater was assisted by Columbia Police Officer Jamie Cole at the scene. Adair EMS transported driver to Westlake for treatment From Adair County Sheriff's Office A single vehicle accident Sunday, September 6, 205 sent one person to the hospital. On 09-06-2015 at 3:34pmCT, Ashley Mack, age 29, of Columbia, KY, was operating 2007 Honda Accord five miles west of Columbia, KY on the Louie B Nunn Parkway. Mack's vehicle hydroplaned, causing her to strike a guard rail. She was treated on the scene by Adair County EMS and then transported to Westlake Regional Hospital for injuries sustained. A passenger in the vehicle, 30, year old Derrick Mack was not injured. Deputy Aaron Rainwater investigated the collision and was assisted on scene by Officer Jamie Cole of the Columbia Police Department. This story was posted on 2015-09-09 06:05:35
