Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 1 Sept 2015

Indictments brought against 21 individuals, including residents of Taylor, Marion, and Jefferson counties. Charges include theft by unlawful taking, criminal possession of forged instruments, criminal mischief, wanton endangerment, assault and burglary.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 1 September 2015:


  • Michael W. Hill (D/O/B: 09/06/1962), Hwy 289, Lebanon, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00115. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by failure to make required disposition of property. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 unsecured.

  • Daniel Marcum (D/O/B: 03/19/1974), Fieldstone Estates, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00116. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of handgun by a convicted felon. Bond set at $10,000, no weapons.

  • Cary W. Pembleton (D/O/B: 04/05/1961), Cove Lane, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00117. Charged with 101 Counts. Counts 1-100 - Possess/view matter portraying sexual performance by a minor. Count 101 - Distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor, 1st offense. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of internet, no unsupervised contact with any child under 18.

  • Steven D. Hewitt (D/O/B: 10/16/1991), Lincoln Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00118. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of marijuana. Count 3 - Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Count 4 - Failure to notify address change to department of transportation. Bond set at $10,000/10%, no weapons.

  • Justin S. Homeister (D/O/B: 11/23/1988), Davis St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00119. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school. Count 2 - Trafficking in marijuana (less than 8oz) 1st offense. Count 3 - Operating on suspended or revoked operator license. Count 4 - Changing drivers-car in motion (reckless driving). Count 5 - Failure to wear seatbelts. Count 6 - Speeding 15mph over limit. Count 7 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $1,000 unsecured, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Michael Brandon Moss (D/O/B: 05/31/1980), Aetna Grove Church Rd., Summersville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00120. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense. Bond set at $20,000/10%.

  • Amanda Beard (D/O/B: 01/07/1980), Greensburg Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00121. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary 3rd degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $10,000/10%, no contact with WalMart.

  • Jessica R. Welch (D/O/B: 01/14/1976), Handley Ave, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00122. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 but under $1,000,000. Bond set at $5,000/10%, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Jennifer Bennett (D/O/B: 08/27/1976), Arbor Ln., Cambpellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00123. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Counts 2-3 - Illegal possession of legend drug. Count 4 - Drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of law.

  • Timothy R. Davis (D/O/B: 05/31/1987), McNary St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00124. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $25,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Tracy M. Yocom (D/O/B: 12/18/1985), Elm St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00125. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 2 - Promoting contraband, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $1,500 cash.

  • Anthony D. Cox (D/O/B: 12/06/1976), Smith Ridge Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00126. Charged iwth 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 3 - Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1st offense. Bond set at $15,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Tabitha A. Ritchie (D/O/B: 07/22/1978), Oak Lane, Munnville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00127. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-4 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Bond set at $20,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Ashley M. Shreve (D/O/B: 01/12/1990), Upper Stoner Creek, Elkhorn, KY Indicment No. 15-CR-00127-002. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-4 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Bond set at $20,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Patrick D. Mann (D/O/B: 08/01/1955), Milder Creek Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indicment No. 15-CR-00127-003. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-4 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Bond set at $20,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Derek S. Mardis (D/O/B: 09/20/1985), Lowell Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indicment No. 15-CR-00128. Charged with 10 counts. Counts 1-9 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Count 10 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Bond set at $30,000/10%, no contact with victims.

  • William A. Whitlock (D/O/B: 11-24-1975), Saloma Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indicment No. 15-CR-00129. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Impersonating a peace officer. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Bond set at $15,000/10%, no contact with complaining witness, no violation of the law.

  • Misty Madson (D/O/B: 09/24/1977), Tabernacle Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00130. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. Count 3 - Operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs, .08 or more, 1st offense. Bond set at $10,000/10%.

  • Hope M. Ashlock (D/O/B: 01/19/1985), Bluegrass Park Dr., Louisville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00131. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 3 - Prescription controlled substance no in proper container. Bond set at $1,000 cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of law.

  • Jeffrey A. Dicken (D/O/B: 01/26/1993), S. Court St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00132. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Unlawful imprisonment, 1st degree. Count 2 - Assault, 4th degree (no visible injury). Bond set at $30,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Dale Hunt (D/O/B: 01/30/1937), Bull Tail Creek Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00133. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Marijuana cultivation - five or more plants, 2nd offense while in possession of firearm. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Dale Hunt (D/O/B: 01/30/1937), Bull Tail Creek Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00134. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Count 2 - Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bond set at $2,000 full cash.
